Project Foreman

About the role

The Project Foreman is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Al Ain, responsible for overseeing daily operations on construction and transport projects. You will coordinate heavy equipment usage, manage tanker schedules, and ensure that all work is performed safely, on time, and in line with project plans.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities, assign tasks to crew members, and monitor work quality.
• Coordinate the use of heavy equipment and organize tanker schedules.
• Inspect equipment and work areas, oversee routine maintenance, and report progress to management.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, project specifications, and site‑specific standards.
• Resolve routine site issues and support drivers, equipment operators, and other personnel.

Required profile

• Strong supervisory and on‑site leadership abilities.
• Practical experience with heavy equipment operation and basic inspection.
• Clear communication skills for giving instructions and reporting issues.
• Carpentry and general construction knowledge for temporary structures and basic repairs.
• Maintenance aptitude for monitoring equipment condition and performing minor repairs.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and site compliance practices.
• Willingness to work extended hours and adapt to changing project needs.
