Project Foreman – Road & Infrastructure

About the role

We are seeking an experienced General Foreman to lead road and infrastructure projects in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The role involves overseeing site activities, coordinating multiple work crews, and ensuring that all works are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the required specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily site operations across road and infrastructure works.
• Manage and coordinate multiple work crews to achieve project milestones.
• Monitor progress to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and in line with project specifications.
• Oversee utility installations including stormwater, sewerage, potable water, irrigation, telecommunications, and street lighting.

Required profile

• Proven experience in road and infrastructure projects.
• Strong leadership, coordination and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to supervise site activities and manage multiple crews.

Required skills

• Knowledge of stormwater systems.
• Knowledge of sewerage works.
• Knowledge of potable water installations.
• Knowledge of irrigation systems.
• Knowledge of telecommunications infrastructure.
• Knowledge of street lighting installations.
