Project Interface Manager – EPC/Oil & Gas Infrastructure

About the role

The client is seeking an experienced Project Interface Manager to lead interface coordination across engineering, procurement, construction, client, and subcontractor teams for large‑scale EPC, oil & gas, and infrastructure projects in Abu Dhabi. You will ensure seamless collaboration, manage risks, and support project execution from planning through delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage project interfaces between engineering, procurement, construction, client, and subcontractor teams.
• Track interface deliverables, risks, dependencies, and resolutions.
• Conduct interface review meetings and maintain up‑to‑date interface registers.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.
• Support overall project execution, planning, and communication activities.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in EPC, oil & gas, or infrastructure projects.
• Strong background in project coordination and stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of engineering and construction workflows.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience on Middle East projects is preferred.
