Project Lead – Infrastructure

About the role

Parsons is seeking an experienced Project Lead to drive infrastructure projects that shape Abu Dhabi’s community. You will oversee engineering scopes, schedules and budgets while ensuring alignment with client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and monitor scope, schedule and budget for assigned project elements.
• Identify and document changes in scope and adjust plans accordingly.
• Prepare detailed requisitions for equipment and materials.
• Create drawings, specifications and engineering calculations using CAE/CAD tools.
• Produce technical reports and documentation for clients and project management.
• Review supplier drawing sub‑missions and assist with technical bid analyses.
• Issue specifications, data sheets and other construction documents.
• Provide technical guidance to CAD designers, drafters and junior engineers.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from a reputable university.
• Minimum 10 years of experience on large infrastructure projects, preferably in the UAE.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of CAD and related engineering software.
