Project Manager – AI & Emerging Technologies

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead AI and emerging technology initiatives in Abu Dhabi. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, ensure delivery excellence, and drive digital transformation across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of technology and digital transformation projects, ensuring operational readiness.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to align priorities, roadmaps, and execution plans.
• Establish and maintain project governance, delivery frameworks, and reporting structures.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to manage dependencies, milestones, risks, and release activities.
• Drive delivery using Agile, Scrum, and hybrid methodologies, focusing on business value, quality, and efficiency.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including delivery plans, RAID logs, status reports, and stakeholder communications.
• Monitor performance through key metrics, capacity planning, and resource forecasting.
• Facilitate steering committee meetings, workshops, and stakeholder updates.
• Identify delivery risks early and implement mitigation strategies.
• Support continuous improvement of project management practices.

Required profile

• 5+ years of project management experience in technology, software, digital, or AI‑driven environments.
• Proven track record delivering complex projects with multiple stakeholders and technical teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and project governance principles.
• Experience managing budgets, timelines, resources, and vendor relationships.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum Master are advantageous.
