Project Manager – Aluminium Facade

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead aluminium façade projects from initiation through handover, ensuring compliance with UAE standards and client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage façade projects from commencement to handover, coordinating with clients, consultants, architects, engineers, subcontractors and internal teams.
• Review façade drawings, specifications, shop drawings, material submittals and technical documents.
• Manage project schedules, manpower, materials, procurement and site activities while monitoring progress, costs, quality and performance.
• Ensure façade works comply with approved designs, specifications and UAE/GCC standards.
• Identify and resolve technical, commercial and site‑related issues, conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings.
• Oversee project documentation, reports, variations, claims and handover requirements, ensuring HSE compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in façade, aluminium, curtain wall, glazing or building envelope projects, preferably in the UAE/GCC.
• Proven ability to manage large‑scale façade projects from design through installation and handover.
• Strong project management, leadership, coordination and communication skills.
