Project Manager – Architecture & Interior Design

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of high‑end architecture and interior design projects in Dubai. You will act as the central point for planning, financial control, and operational execution, ensuring that luxury commercial and residential projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Own project timelines, scheduling, and program management using tools such as Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Drive resource planning and monitor team utilization to maximise efficiency.
• Oversee project financials, including forecasting, invoicing, and fee tracking.
• Manage scope changes and design variations with precision.
• Coordinate with external consultants and support procurement processes.
• Utilise Zoho or Deltek to track and optimise project performance.
• Prepare clear reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Partner closely with Design Leads, supporting client interactions and providing insight on project status, risks, and progress.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in project management, with at least 2 years in the Middle East.
• Proven background in architecture and interior design projects.
• PMP certification is preferred.
• Strong commercial acumen and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
