Project Manager - BMS (IoT & Niagara)

About the role

Our client is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead IoT and Niagara‑based Building Management System (BMS) projects across the UAE. You will be responsible for delivering projects from concept to completion, ensuring safety, quality, and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead project initiation, requirements gathering and scope definition.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets and allocate resources.
• Manage integration of IoT devices, cloud platforms and Niagara Framework solutions.
• Oversee installation, programming, testing and commissioning activities.
• Coordinate engineering, design and field teams throughout execution.
• Monitor performance, identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Control budgets, procurement and vendor relationships.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and regulatory standards.
• Deliver client training, system handovers and close‑out reviews.
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients, vendors and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Computer, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience.
• At least 2 years hands‑on delivering IoT and Niagara‑based BMS projects.
• Strong knowledge of the Niagara Framework (Niagara 4 preferred).
• Fluent English, both written and verbal.
