Project Manager – Civil Construction

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead civil construction projects in Abu Dhabi from initiation to hand‑over. You will be responsible for delivering projects that meet the approved business case, stay within budget, and are completed on schedule and to scope.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans, define scope, goals, deliverables, timelines and budgets.
• Lead, motivate and manage multidisciplinary project teams, assign tasks and resolve conflicts.
• Allocate and control resources including personnel, equipment and financials.
• Identify, assess and mitigate project risks, and implement corrective actions when needed.
• Communicate progress, issues and decisions to stakeholders, clients and senior management.
• Monitor project budgets and ensure financial compliance.
• Track project performance, report deviations and drive successful project closure.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification.
• At least 15 years of project management experience in the construction industry within the UAE.
