Project Manager Civil – Villas & Interior Fit‑Out

About the role

The client is seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager to lead luxury villa construction and interior fit‑out projects across Abu Dhabi. This hands‑on, site‑based role requires end‑to‑end delivery, from initial mobilisation to final handover and issuance of completion certificates.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of villa construction and interior fit‑out projects, ensuring safety, schedule, budget and quality compliance.
• Supervise daily civil works, blockwork, plastering, waterproofing, flooring, tiling, granite installation, external works, landscaping, gypsum ceilings, joinery, cabinetry and decorative finishes.
• Coordinate with consultants, Abu Dhabi Municipality, ADSS, TAQA, Etisalat/du and other authorities for approvals, inspections and statutory submissions.
• Control commercial aspects: review subcontractor claims, monitor budgets, variations, retention and profitability; produce cost‑to‑complete reports.
• Implement QA/QC procedures, manage snagging, prepare weekly progress reports and maintain complete project documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 8 years construction experience in the UAE, with at least 5 years delivering villa projects in Abu Dhabi.
• Valid Abu Dhabi Municipality (ADM) Registered Engineer licence.
• Proven track record of delivering villa construction and interior fit‑out projects to final handover.
• Strong experience coordinating with ADM, ADSS, TAQA, Etisalat/du and consultants.
