Project Manager – Commercial Fit‑Out

About the role

Cushman & Wakefield Core is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial fit‑out projects across the UAE. You will be responsible for delivering projects safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality standards while acting as the main point of contact for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage fit‑out projects from feasibility through design, procurement, construction and hand‑over.
• Maintain project programmes, budgets, cash flows, risk registers and progress reports.
• Coordinate design consultants, cost consultants, contractors and other stakeholders for integrated delivery.
• Lead tendering and procurement processes, evaluate bids and recommend awards.
• Monitor on‑site cost, schedule and quality, manage change control and resolve issues.
• Secure landlord and authority approvals and permits in collaboration with the design team.
• Ensure health‑and‑safety standards and site compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee hand‑over, snagging, defects liability and close‑out documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years experience in commercial fit‑out project management within the GCC.
• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Construction, Architecture, Engineering or related field.
• Working knowledge of UAE authority approval processes and landlord fit‑out requirements.
• Professional certification such as RICS, PMP or APM is a plus.
