Project Manager – Construction (High Rise Buildings)

About the role

Abu Alnaga Contracting seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead high‑rise building projects from planning through handover. The role demands strong leadership, rigorous schedule control, and close coordination with clients and multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle, from mobilization to completion and handover.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Lead and coordinate site, technical, procurement, and planning teams.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, implement corrective actions, and ensure compliance with contract specifications and quality standards.
• Oversee risk management, change orders, and contractual claims.
• Ensure full HSE compliance across all activities.
• Review and approve progress reports, payment certificates, and project documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 8–12 years of experience in building construction project management.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts, preferably FIDIC.
• PMP certification is highly preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Primavera P6.
• Proficiency in MS Project.
