Project Manager (Construction) – PMC

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Project Manager (PMC) to lead complex construction and development projects from inception through handover. Acting as the client’s representative, you will coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors and government bodies to ensure timely, on‑budget delivery while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives and deliverables in collaboration with clients and stakeholders.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets and risk‑management strategies.
• Establish governance frameworks and communication protocols for effective oversight.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients, ensuring their expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, facilitate regular meetings and monitor progress.
• Track project phases from design to construction, manage changes and resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with contract specifications, safety regulations and quality standards.
• Identify, assess and mitigate financial, operational and safety risks.
• Implement quality‑control processes, conduct site inspections and address deficiencies.
• Manage project budgets, approve invoices, track expenditures and prepare financial reports.
• Oversee contract administration, procurement and dispute resolution.
• Prepare progress reports, payment applications and final documentation, and coordinate project closeout.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading construction projects from initiation to closeout.
• Strong ability to manage budgets, financial reporting and cost control.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Solid understanding of contract administration, regulatory compliance and risk mitigation.
• Detail‑oriented approach to quality assurance and safety standards.
