Project Manager – Construction & QA

About the role

Blue Bahar Engineering is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead newly launched construction projects in Dubai. You will be responsible for overseeing site activities, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and implement a quality assurance (QA) plan to ensure compliance with contract specifications and regulations.
• Monitor that all materials and equipment installed meet contract requirements and project specifications.
• Supervise day‑to‑day site operations, including labor force and subcontractors.
• Plan and organize construction activities to meet agreed deadlines.
• Resolve technical issues with contractors, suppliers, subcontractors and authorities.
• Liaise with the purchasing department to ensure purchase orders reflect required specifications.
• Provide data for variation orders, site instructions and monthly payment claims.
• Control project budget, scope, schedule and ensure execution according to drawings and specifications.
• Obtain necessary NOCs from authorities and report regularly to the Construction Director.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• Minimum 10 years of project management experience in GCC, with at least 8 years on real‑estate construction sites.
• Proven experience working in the UAE.
• Fluent English communication skills.
