Project Manager – Control Solutions

About the role

The Project Manager – Control Solutions will lead a portfolio of control projects in the energy sector, acting as the primary customer contact throughout the project lifecycle. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, ensure timely delivery, and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for customers, handling requirements, contracts, scope changes, and field service coordination.
• Manage a portfolio of more than 10 simultaneous projects from purchase order receipt to commissioning and close‑out.
• Oversee all financial aspects, including budgets, costs, margins, invoicing, and receivable collection.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, monitor critical milestones, and report progress to stakeholders.
• Utilise project‑management tools, processes, and QMS procedures to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Facilitate project review, risk, and close‑out meetings, and drive continuous improvement.
• Provide daily leadership to project team members and influence cross‑functional decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technology.
• Minimum 2 years of technical experience in the energy sector and control technologies.
• At least 3 years of experience leading projects in a matrix organization.
• Proven customer‑facing experience with strong commercial skills.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to manage 5‑10 projects simultaneously and travel up to 30 % globally.
