Project Manager - Control Solutions

About the role

The Project Manager – Control Solutions will lead a portfolio of control projects, acting as the primary customer liaison and ensuring successful delivery across multiple regions. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage financial performance, and drive continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main customer contact, handling requirements, contracts, scope changes, and test coordination.
• Manage a portfolio of more than 10 concurrent projects from purchase order to commissioning and close‑out.
• Oversee all financial aspects, including budgets, costs, margins, invoicing, and receivable collection.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, monitor critical milestones, and ensure timely completion.
• Utilise Project Management tools, QMS procedures, and best practices to deliver high‑quality results.
• Facilitate project review, risk, and close‑out meetings, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
• Lead daily engagement with project team members to align goals and priorities.
• Identify and communicate project risks and opportunities, influencing decision‑making across functions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technology.
• Minimum 2 years of technical experience in the energy sector and control technologies.
• At least 3 years of project leadership in a matrix organization.
• Proven customer‑facing experience with strong commercial skills.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to manage 5‑10 projects simultaneously and report financial KPIs.
• Willingness to travel up to 30 % globally, including security level 1 & 2 countries.
