Project Manager – Design & Construction for Luxury Hospitality

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead high‑end design and construction projects for a world‑class luxury hospitality brand. You will own the full project lifecycle, ensuring that every development meets premium standards of quality, efficiency and stakeholder alignment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead projects from concept design through construction, commissioning and handover.
• Define scope, timelines, budgets and execution strategies with stakeholders.
• Coordinate architects, consultants, contractors and external partners across all phases.
• Manage permitting processes and ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Oversee tendering, procurement and contractor selection.
• Monitor construction progress, quality and site activities via regular visits.
• Control project budgets, cost plans and financial reporting.
• Align design intent with operational needs and delivery schedules.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all project communications.
• Prepare and present progress updates to senior stakeholders.
• Manage project close‑out, including documentation, commissioning and final handover.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in design and construction project management.
• Proven track record delivering high‑end fit‑out or construction projects in luxury hospitality, retail or similar sectors.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, design processes and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent communication, coordination and stakeholder‑management abilities.
