Project Manager – Design & Construction (Luxury Hospitality)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead design and construction projects for a world‑class luxury hospitality portfolio. The role will oversee projects from concept through handover, ensuring premium quality, efficiency and alignment with stakeholder expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full project lifecycle, from concept design through construction, commissioning and handover.
• Define scope, timelines, budgets and execution strategies in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Coordinate architects, consultants, contractors and external partners across all phases.
• Manage permitting processes and ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Oversee tendering, procurement and contractor selection.
• Monitor construction progress, quality and site activities through regular visits.
• Control project budgets, cost plans and financial reporting.
• Align design intent with operational needs and delivery schedules.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project communication and present progress updates to senior leadership.
• Manage project close‑out, including documentation, commissioning and final handover.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in design and construction project management, preferably in luxury hospitality or high‑end fit‑out projects.
• Proven track record delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, design processes and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent communication, coordination and stakeholder‑management abilities.
