Project Manager – Design (MENA region)

About the role

We are seeking a client‑focused Project Manager – Design to join 100 Architects and support its portfolio across the MENA region. The role bridges design and client management, ensuring clear communication, documentation, and delivery from proposal through completion.

Key responsibilities

• Attend and represent 100 Architects in meetings with designers and clients across the MENA portfolio.
• Clarify client requirements and convey them to the design team throughout the project lifecycle.
• Proactively follow up with clients on status, feedback, and open items while nurturing existing relationships.
• Participate in design discussions, using an architectural background to keep design intent aligned with client expectations.
• Identify opportunities to convert design projects into construction contracts and coordinate hand‑over to INFYA Construction.
• Process and manage all project documentation, including submissions, invoices, contracts, and quotations.
• Maintain up‑to‑date project files and trackers and provide regular status updates to studio leadership.
• Support business development by promoting the combined design‑plus‑construction capability during client conversations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a closely related design field.
• 7–10 years of project management or coordination experience within an architecture or design studio.
• Proven track record managing client relationships on design projects across the MENA region.
• Fluent Arabic and English (both mandatory).
• Strong, confident client‑facing communication style.

Required skills

• Solid understanding of the architectural design process.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage documentation across multiple concurrent projects.
• Proficiency with project‑management and documentation tools.
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is an advantage.
