Project Manager - Digital Transformation & AI

About the role

ECS is looking for a Project Manager to join its IT Innovation and Partnership team in Dubai. The role drives end-to-end delivery of high-impact technology solutions, keeping a steady pipeline of Proof of Concept (POC) launches throughout the year. It covers the full lifecycle of emerging technology initiatives, turning creative ideas into working prototypes and pilot programs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage cross-functional stakeholders and maintain project governance within an agile framework.
• Coordinate with external technology partners such as AWS, Microsoft or AI startups on technical implementations.
• Support the growth of the innovation hub by managing dedicated sandbox environments for testing.
• Lead and organise hackathons, including their planning, coordination and execution, to drive internal engagement and external partnerships.
• Translate complex technical requirements into clear updates for leadership and other departments.

Required profile

• Experience managing the full project lifecycle for digital transformation and AI-driven initiatives.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and bridge strategy and technical execution.
• Avoidance of aviation or travel background is preferred.

Required skills

• Agile methodology, specifically Scrum or Kanban for POC deliveries.
• Familiarity with Generative AI, cloud sandbox environments and API integrations.
• Vendor and partner management.
