Project Manager – Energy Storage Projects

About the role

The Project Manager will lead end‑to‑end delivery of large‑scale energy storage projects across the Middle East, Central Asia and North Africa. You will bridge customer requirements with internal teams to ensure projects are contract‑ready and execution‑ready.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full project lifecycle from opportunity initiation, solution development and tendering through commercial negotiations and contract signing.
• Coordinate RFI/RFQ/RFP processes and work with Sales, Engineering, R&D, Supply Chain, Finance, Legal and other functions to develop technical solutions, pricing and risk assessments.
• Manage customer technical and commercial requirements, maintain clarification lists and ensure all open items are tracked and closed.
• Identify and mitigate project risks related to technology, cost, delivery, certification, grid connection and contractual responsibilities.
• Act as the primary interface during pre‑sales, conducting technical meetings, workshops and commercial negotiations.
• Organise handover to the execution team after contract signing, transferring all requirements, schedules and risk information.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Energy Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in renewable energy, power, energy storage or EPC industries, preferably in pre‑sales, tendering and large‑scale project management.
• Strong project planning, scheduling, risk management and cross‑functional coordination skills.
• Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Willingness to be based in Dubai or Saudi Arabia and travel across the region as required.
