Project Manager – Enterprise Transformation

About the role

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead enterprise‑wide transformation initiatives for a client in Dubai. The role is a 6‑month contract, renewable, and reports to the Head of Enterprise PMO within the Transformation & Value Realisation function.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and support strategic transformation programmes across shared services and business functions.
• Drive hands‑on project management activities: planning, tracking, governance, stakeholder coordination, RAID management and delivery follow‑ups.
• Support the Enterprise PMO with portfolio governance, reporting standards, stage‑gate controls and delivery oversight.
• Maintain integrated project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks and actions across concurrent programmes.
• Collaborate with operational excellence, IT and business teams on ERP, workflow tools, automation platforms, AI initiatives and master data management projects.
• Track value realisation through KPIs, efficiency gains and productivity improvements.

Required profile

• Minimum 84 months (7 years) of hands‑on project management experience.
• Proven exposure to enterprise PMO governance and multi‑project environments.
• Ability to coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders, ensure alignment and resolve delivery blockers.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills to produce executive packs and PMO documentation.
