Project Manager (Event Technology)

About the role

Rayqube is seeking a Project Manager to act as the primary bridge between clients, internal teams, and external suppliers for immersive event technology projects. You will nurture long‑term relationships, translate brand goals into actionable briefs, and ensure delivery on time, on budget, and on brand.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with fabricators, AV suppliers, and other vendors.
• Present concepts, timelines, and budgets; manage scope changes diplomatically.
• Lead the content mock‑up stage together with the design team.
• Oversee internal deadlines and client updates during development.
• Arrange logistics for hardware and personnel, including on‑site quality tests for RFID, AR/VR, LED walls, and other tech integrations.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and schedule.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of project management experience in events tech, experiential marketing, or exhibition stand production.
• Proven track record delivering complex, technology‑heavy projects such as interactive apps, games, or holograms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Engineering, or a related field.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
