Project Manager – Factory Projects

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead factory‑based projects from initiation to hand‑over. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, ensure projects meet quality, safety and timeline targets, and drive customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organise and manage multiple projects simultaneously, reviewing specifications, drawings and contracts.
• Develop detailed project schedules, monitor milestones and ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and internal departments such as production, engineering, procurement, drafting, logistics and installation.
• Allocate manpower, materials, machinery and other resources efficiently.
• Supervise the Drafting Department to guarantee shop drawings are completed and approved on time.
• Monitor factory production progress, installation activities and compliance with quality standards.
• Conduct regular progress meetings and prepare weekly/monthly status reports for management.
• Track project budgets, control costs and manage variations and approvals.
• Identify risks, implement corrective actions and ensure health, safety and environmental compliance.
• Support continuous‑improvement initiatives to enhance project performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing complex industrial or manufacturing projects.
• Strong organisational and planning abilities.
• Excellent communication skills for interfacing with clients and internal teams.
• Ability to resolve technical and operational issues quickly.
• Commitment to safety, quality and customer satisfaction.
