Project Manager – Fire Fighting & Life Safety Systems

About the role

The company is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead fire protection projects in Dubai, covering fire fighting, fire alarm and emergency lighting systems from design through hand‑over.

Key responsibilities

• Manage execution of fire protection projects from commencement, design coordination, procurement, installation, testing, commissioning, final authority approval and hand‑over.
• Ensure design and installation comply with NFPA standards, UAE Fire & Life Safety Code of Practice and DCD requirements.
• Monitor project programme, manpower, materials, procurement and subcontractor performance.
• Conduct site inspections to verify installation against approved drawings and specifications.
• Identify technical issues and coordinate timely corrective actions.
• Deliver projects within approved time, cost and quality parameters.
• Lead project hand‑over and obtain required completion and approval documentation.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, contractors, subcontractors and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• 8–12+ years of experience in fire fighting or fire protection projects.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a relevant field.
• Proven ability to manage multiple fire protection activities while maintaining schedule and quality.
• Experience working with consultants, contractors and suppliers in a construction environment.
