Project Manager - High Rise Construction

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead high‑rise building projects in Dubai. The role involves overseeing the entire project lifecycle from execution to final handover, ensuring compliance with timelines, quality standards, and budgets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and supervise high‑rise construction projects from start to completion and handover.
• Lead project teams, site engineers, subcontractors and consultants to achieve timely delivery.
• Monitor progress, schedules, quality, safety and budget adherence.
• Coordinate inspections, approvals and handover procedures with clients, consultants and authorities.
• Resolve technical and operational challenges to maintain smooth execution.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in construction or contracting.
• Proven track record managing high‑rise projects (G+12 floors and above) and completing final inspections and handovers.
• Dubai Municipality (DM) approval is mandatory; DM‑approved certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of project execution, planning, quality control and site coordination.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
