Project Manager - Interior Fit-Out & Contracting

About the role

Careers International is hiring a Project Manager in Dubai to oversee end-to-end execution of interior fit-out and contracting projects. The role ensures completion within time, cost, quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and close interior projects according to the contract scope
• Prepare project schedules, work programmes and manpower plans
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, designers, engineers and vendors
• Monitor site progress, quality standards and safety compliance
• Control project budgets, approve bills and manage variations
• Ensure timely procurement of materials and manage subcontractors
• Hold regular site meetings, prepare progress reports and manage risks and site issues
• Handle client escalations and ensure smooth project handover and documentation closure

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Interior or Architecture
• 5-10 years of experience in interior fit-out and contracting
• Strong knowledge of site execution, planning and cost control
• Leadership and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in MS Project and Primavera
• Proficiency in MS Office
