Project Manager – Interior Fit-Out

About the role

We are seeking a Project Manager to plan, manage and deliver interior fit‑out projects from commencement to completion. The role involves coordinating with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal departments to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, manage and deliver interior fit‑out projects from commencement to completion.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, resources and manpower effectively.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and internal departments.
• Monitor site progress and ensure projects are completed within the agreed schedule and budget.
• Ensure all works comply with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards and HSE requirements.
• Review drawings, BOQs, project specifications and contractual requirements.
• Lead project teams including site engineers, supervisors and subcontractors.
• Identify project risks, resolve site issues and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct regular site meetings and provide progress updates to management and clients.
• Coordinate with Design, Estimation, Procurement, Commercial and Production/Joinery teams.
• Ensure timely material procurement and delivery to site.
• Manage variations, claims and project documentation where required.
• Ensure proper handover and project close‑out.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design or a related field.
• Strong UAE interior fit‑out experience.
• Proven experience managing commercial, F&B, hospitality, retail or high‑end interior projects.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
