Project Manager – Interior Fit‑Out (Dubai)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead full‑cycle interior fit‑out projects in Dubai’s luxury sector. You will be responsible for delivering projects from initiation through handover while ensuring compliance with local regulations and high quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor site progress, resolve issues, and ensure on‑time delivery.
• Manage quality control and ensure compliance with Dubai municipality standards.
• Prepare progress reports and chair regular project meetings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in interior fit‑out or construction project management within Dubai.
• Strong knowledge of local regulations, permits, and approval processes.
• Leadership, negotiation, and conflict‑resolution abilities.
• PMP certification is preferred.
