Project Manager – Interior Fit‑Out

About the role

We are seeking an experienced, highly organized Project Manager to lead interior fit‑out projects across the GCC from concept to handover. The role involves managing commercial, retail, hospitality or corporate fit‑out programmes, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage interior fit‑out projects from award through completion and handover.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, procurement schedules and resource planning.
• Coordinate design development, technical documentation, site execution and final delivery.
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients, consultants, contractors and authorities.
• Conduct regular progress meetings and provide updates to senior management.
• Work with design teams and engineers to translate concepts into construction‑ready packages.
• Review shop drawings, material submittals and ensure compliance with UAE authority requirements.
• Manage tendering processes, BOQs, RFP responses and contractor evaluations.
• Coordinate procurement of materials and subcontractors.
• Conduct site inspections, monitor construction progress, quality and safety compliance.
• Resolve technical, operational or scheduling challenges.
• Ensure fit‑out works meet approved drawings, quality standards and local building codes.
• Oversee snagging and timely rectification before handover.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and provide regular progress reports.

Required profile

• Proven experience in commercial, retail, hospitality or corporate interior fit‑out projects.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple contractors, consultants and authorities.
• Excellent organizational and budgeting skills.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on quality and compliance.
