Project Manager

About the role

The Project Manager will lead the end‑to‑end execution of construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role involves close coordination with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to achieve seamless project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full project execution process, from reviewing drawings to approving material requisitions.
• Assess material and manpower requirements based on project schedules and oversee subcontractor nomination and performance.
• Develop and maintain project scopes, budgets, fiscal controls, contracts, and quality/safety provisions.
• Liaise with clients and consultants to resolve drawing, schedule, and issue-related matters promptly.
• Monitor project progress against the plan, identify critical paths, and take corrective actions as needed.
• Conduct random quality checks and ensure compliance with health, safety, and municipal regulations.
• Supervise site activities, address technical problems, and manage variations from the BOQ.
• Prepare monthly progress, cost, and valuation reports, and approve subcontractor claims.
• Handle snag lists, coordinate close‑out procedures, and support the defects liability period.

Required profile

• Proven ability to manage complete construction project execution.
• Experience coordinating with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, cost estimating, and value engineering.
• Capability to monitor schedules, critical paths, and project variations.
• Familiarity with quality, health, and safety regulations on construction sites.
