Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead the planning, implementation and tracking of construction projects with defined start and end dates and specific deliverables. The role covers design management, vendor coordination, government approvals, construction oversight and hand‑over to maintenance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion.
• Review project schedules, deliverables and cost estimates.
• Monitor onsite and offsite construction for compliance with building and safety regulations.
• Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.
• Select tools, materials and equipment and track inventory.
• Ensure contractual conditions and performance are met.
• Review daily work progress and prepare internal and external status reports.
• Plan ahead to prevent and resolve problems.
• Negotiate agreements, draft contracts and obtain permits and licenses.
• Analyze, manage and mitigate risks.
• Ensure quality construction standards and proper techniques.
• Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities.
• Undertake cost analysis for repair and maintenance projects.
• Perform risk, value management and cost control.
• Advise on procurement strategy.
• Prepare 3D design presentations for brands.
• Analyze costing for tenders and provide advice on contractual claims.
• Write detailed progress reports and maintain awareness of current building contracts.
• Understand health and safety regulations and their legal implications.

Required profile

• Proven experience overseeing construction projects from start to finish.
• Ability to review schedules, estimate costs and manage budgets.
• Knowledge of building and safety regulations and government approval processes.
• Experience coordinating workers, subcontractors and vendors.
• Strong risk management and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Familiarity with tender preparation, contract documentation and cost analysis.
• Ability to produce 3D design presentations and detailed progress reports.
