Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and organized Project Manager to lead projects from initiation through completion, ensuring delivery that meets business objectives and stakeholder expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to achieve project milestones.
• Monitor progress, proactively address risks, issues, and changes.
• Communicate status and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Allocate resources effectively and optimize team performance.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and decision‑making sessions.
• Track performance using key performance indicators and maintain project documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, IT or related field.
• 3‑7+ years of project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of Waterfall, Agile or Hybrid methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
