About the role

Dicetek LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead its Digital Acceleration program in the United Arab Emirates. The role involves overseeing complex digital projects within the financial services sector, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the Digital Acceleration program, guaranteeing timely delivery of milestones and adherence to budget constraints.
• Provide leadership to development teams, promoting best‑practice implementation.
• Collaborate with business units, IT, and external vendors to align objectives and ensure successful delivery.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate technology‑related risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain high quality standards from planning through deployment.
• Prepare and present regular status reports to senior management, highlighting progress, risks, and issues.
• Manage and mentor a team of technical staff, fostering a collaborative, high‑performance environment.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in technical leadership or IT project management, with a proven record of delivering complex digital projects.
• Experience in the financial services industry, particularly in digital transformation initiatives.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally with marketing, IT, and customer service teams.
• Experience managing external vendors and ensuring deliverables meet project requirements.
• Strong budget and financial management capabilities.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
• Leadership and team‑management experience in fast‑paced environments.
