Project Manager

About the role

Larustic, an Abu Dhabi fragrance and gifting house, seeks a Project Manager to oversee events, collections and product launches. You will coordinate across design, production, retail, sales and finance to ensure every deadline is met.

Key responsibilities

• Define scope, goals and deliverables for each project and translate ideas into detailed plans with owners, dates and sales targets.
• Maintain a master calendar and live trackers using tools such as Asana, Monday.com or Jira, flagging schedule conflicts well in advance.
• Allocate resources across in‑house teams, event staff, designers, manufacturers and logistics, ensuring stock is correctly positioned.
• Run a live risk log, assign owners, set trigger dates and develop contingency plans for supplier delays, artwork issues, staffing gaps and contract constraints.
• Track budgets, compare spend to revenue, and produce post‑event reviews with sales, cost and improvement recommendations.

Required profile

• 5–6+ years of project management experience, preferably in events, retail, luxury, fragrance or FMCG product launches.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or a related field.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a strong advantage for local supplier and authority interactions.

Required skills

• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Asana or Monday.com.
• Solid understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban or Waterfall methodologies and ability to select the appropriate approach.

What we offer

• Salary: AED 12,000–15,000 per month.
