Project Manager – Joinery & Fitout

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead joinery and fit‑out projects from award through handover. You will be the main point of contact, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans, schedules and resource allocations.
• Manage day‑to‑day execution, monitor milestones and ensure timely delivery.
• Control budgets, track expenditures and prepare monthly cost reports and forecasts.
• Lead site engineers, foremen and subcontractors, coordinating with the factory/workshop for material delivery.
• Act as primary liaison for clients, consultants and contractors, managing expectations and resolving issues.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations, conduct site inspections and address snags.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and provide regular progress updates to management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design or related field.
• 7–10 years of project management experience in joinery, fit‑out or construction.
• PMP or equivalent certification is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of joinery manufacturing and installation processes.
• Excellent client management and communication abilities.
• Experience working in the GCC market is preferred.
