Project Manager – Logistics

About the role

DHL Global Forwarding is seeking a Project Manager to join its team in Abu Dhabi. You will support the development and administration of project management plans, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, resource requirements and timelines for projects.
• Design, communicate and implement operational plans for project execution.
• Maintain project expenditure in line with the approved budget.
• Track milestones, report progress and performance against the project plan.
• Coordinate schedules, budgets and forecasts, and resolve operational issues that may cause delays.
• Provide administrative support such as arranging meetings, preparing agendas and progress reports.
• Support the implementation of project results to achieve targeted impact.
• Apply business‑process knowledge to administer project solutions and may provide functional advice or training to less experienced colleagues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• More than 2 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Arabic language is mandatory.
