Project Manager - Luxury Residential Developments (London & Dubai)

About the role

AHS is seeking an experienced, highly organised Project Manager to oversee two major luxury residential developments, one in London and one in Dubai. The role is based in the United Kingdom, with frequent travel between London and Dubai to coordinate the projects, control quality and ensure timely delivery. You will lead the full project lifecycle, from design coordination and contractor management to budget oversight and on-site execution.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle for the two luxury residential developments in London and Dubai.
• Lead coordination between architects, designers, consultants and contractors across both regions.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, procurement and reporting.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality and compliance.
• Ensure construction and design work meets the highest standards of craftsmanship.
• Identify project risks, propose mitigation strategies and communicate proactively with stakeholders.
• Manage regulatory approvals, permits and compliance in the UK and the UAE.
• Prepare and deliver project updates to senior leadership and the client.

Required profile

• Based in the UK or Dubai, able to travel frequently between both locations.
• Minimum 10 years' experience managing luxury residential construction projects.
• Proven experience managing multi-location teams and international contractors.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver complex, high-value projects on time and within budget.
• Preferred: experience with both UAE and UK construction standards, a degree in architecture, engineering or construction management, and a background in ultra-luxury or bespoke residential developments.
