Project Manager – Marble & Stone Projects

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead marble and natural stone projects from planning through handover. The role involves overseeing site operations, coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors, and ensuring high‑quality installation for luxury residential, high‑rise, hospitality, or community developments.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end execution of marble and stone projects, preparing and maintaining multiple schedules.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, subcontractors, and site teams.
• Review shop drawings, material specifications, BOQs, and project schedules.
• Plan material delivery with procurement for marble, granite, quartz, and related products.
• Supervise site installation activities, ensuring compliance with specifications and quality standards.
• Monitor timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and productivity targets.
• Conduct daily site inspections, resolve technical and operational issues, and enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Prepare monthly progress reports, project updates, handover documentation, and manage variation orders and claims.
• Lead a team of Project Engineers and Site Engineers and coordinate factory production schedules when needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
• 8–15 years of experience managing marble or stone projects.
• Strong knowledge of marble installation methods, cutting, polishing, and finishing processes.
• Familiarity with local construction standards and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination abilities.
