Project Manager - Offer Management

About the role

The Project Manager – Offer Management reports to the Head of Offer and is responsible for delivering technology projects across the airline’s Offer portfolio, including Revenue Management, Pricing, Network Planning and Ancillaries. The role ensures projects are completed on time, within budget and to quality standards while generating measurable business value.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of one or more projects, meeting scope, budget, timeline and quality objectives.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans aligned with business goals.
• Drive requirements gathering, scoping and solution definition with business and technology teams.
• Manage initiatives involving Amadeus Altéa PSS and related retailing, offer and distribution platforms.
• Identify, assess and mitigate project risks, issues and dependencies.
• Maintain effective stakeholder relationships across commercial, distribution and technology functions.
• Provide regular project communications, governance updates and reporting in line with PMO standards.
• Oversee project financials and seek opportunities to improve delivery efficiency.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors and Amadeus to ensure successful delivery.
• Support post‑implementation activities, including lessons learned, project closure and benefits tracking.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Information Technology or a related field.
• Minimum 5 + years of project‑management experience delivering complex technology and business‑transformation programmes.
• Experience in an airline, travel‑technology or aviation environment, with exposure to revenue management, pricing, network planning or ancillary products.
• Proven hands‑on experience delivering projects within the Amadeus Altéa PSS ecosystem (Reservations, Inventory, Departure Control).
• Experience managing Amadeus and third‑party vendors as delivery partners.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical and organisational skills.
