Project Manager (PMC) – Construction Projects

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager (PMC) to lead complex construction and development projects from inception to handover. Acting as the client’s representative, you will coordinate diverse stakeholders and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables with clients and stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Establish governance frameworks and communication protocols.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients, managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants to align on goals.
• Monitor progress, manage changes, and resolve issues across all project phases.
• Ensure compliance with contract specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate financial, operational, and safety risks.
• Oversee quality control processes, conduct site inspections, and address deficiencies.
• Manage project budgets, approve invoices, and prepare financial reports.
• Negotiate contracts, change orders, and variations with suppliers.
• Prepare progress reports, payment applications, and final project documentation.
• Coordinate final inspections, resolve punch‑list items, and hand over completed deliverables.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing large‑scale construction projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Knowledge of construction contracts, legal and regulatory requirements.
