Project Manager – Sewerage Tunnel

About the role

The role involves leading the design, construction, operation and maintenance of a major sewerage tunnel project in Dubai. The Project Manager will be responsible for delivering the project on time, within budget and to the required quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of the sewerage tunnel project, from concept to hand‑over.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate with consultants, contractors and client representatives.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets and risk registers.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, standards and PPP contract requirements.
• Manage stakeholder communication and reporting.

Required profile

• Degree in civil, geotechnical or mining engineering or an equivalent qualification.
• Chartered or professional engineering status (CEng, MICE, PE or comparable).
• Minimum 10 years of post‑qualification experience.
• At least 15 years of experience in design, construction, operation and maintenance of similar infrastructure projects.
• Proven experience as a project manager on at least two comparable PPP projects.
