About the role
The Project Manager will lead the development and delivery of special projects and initiatives assigned by senior leadership, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and Abu Dhabi‑specific standards. The role combines research, policy analysis, and innovative solution design to support government entities and external partners.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct research and analysis on policy areas, identifying key questions and gathering primary and secondary data.
- Design and co‑design innovative solutions, evaluate feasibility, and tailor them to the Abu Dhabi context.
- Provide analytical support across short‑term and long‑term projects, delivering research reports, policy briefs, strategies, and implementation plans.
- Liaise with internal teams, Abu Dhabi government entities, and external experts to advance project goals.
- Monitor project progress, manage timelines and budgets, and mitigate risks.
- Prepare contractual documents, periodic progress reports, and final project closure checklists.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3+ years experience in a consulting/advisory firm or 5+ years in a project‑manager role.
- Experience managing research, strategy, and public‑policy projects in think‑tanks, government entities, or research departments.
- Strong background in policy research, strategy design, government relations, and report writing.
