About the role
We are looking for a highly experienced, proactive, and discreet Senior Executive Assistant to support our CEO in both professional and personal capacities. The role demands a high‑trust partnership, anticipating needs, managing complex priorities, and maintaining absolute confidentiality in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the CEO’s complex calendar, scheduling internal, external and high‑level stakeholder meetings.
- Act as gatekeeper for communications, meeting requests and executive priorities.
- Prepare reports, presentations, meeting briefs, agendas and follow‑up actions.
- Coordinate with marketing, development, finance and operations to ensure alignment and execution.
- Attend meetings, track action items and follow up on deadlines.
- Handle highly confidential business matters with professionalism and discretion.
- Support monitoring of key initiatives and strategic projects.
- Assist with partnership proposals, executive communications and stakeholder correspondence.
- Optimize the CEO’s productivity, planning and weekly workflow.
- Serve as liaison between the CEO and senior leadership team.
- Manage the CEO’s personal calendar, family schedules, school activities and appointments.
- Organise business and personal travel, including flights, hotels, itineraries and visas.
- Oversee household coordination, staff, vendors, maintenance and service providers.
- Arrange family events, holidays, special occasions and VIP guest hospitality.
- Source and manage vendors, luxury services, gifts and personal errands.
- Draft and manage professional emails and correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
- Liaise with VIPs, government entities, partners and senior stakeholders.
Required profile
- 7–12+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Chief of Staff or similar senior support role.
- Proven track record supporting C‑level executives, founders or high‑net‑worth individuals.
- Experience in real estate, investment, hospitality or corporate environments is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with utmost discretion.
- Strong organizational, time‑management and multitasking capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
