Project Manager – Sports Programs (Arabic Speaker)

About the role

The Project Manager will lead the operational, administrative and strategic delivery of sports education programmes across schools and after‑school centres in Abu Dhabi. Reporting to senior management, the role ensures that all initiatives meet key performance indicators, comply with contractual and governmental standards, and provide high‑quality outcomes for participants.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, execution and monitoring of school‑based physical education activities, after‑school sports programmes and related project centres.
• Manage contracts, renewals, amendments and ensure budgets are tracked and aligned with approved resources.
• Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, providing strategic input and delivering ad‑hoc initiatives as required.
• Lead cross‑functional teams—including Marketing, Technology, Logistics, HR and Operations—to ensure seamless collaboration and performance.
• Supervise staffing processes, onboarding, attendance tracking, leave management and disciplinary actions for centre managers and coaches.
• Maintain and update project management systems, dashboards and reporting tools to reflect accurate operational data.

Required profile

• Fluent Arabic speaker with strong English communication skills.
• Minimum 72 months (6 years) of experience in project management, preferably within sports or education settings.
• Proven ability to manage contracts, budgets and multi‑disciplinary teams.
