Project Manager – Technical Projects (Multi‑discipline Engineering)

About the role

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead the planning, execution and hand‑over of large‑scale, multi‑disciplinary engineering projects. The role covers new plant construction, facility upgrades and major modifications, ensuring delivery aligns with shareholder guidelines and HSE standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical input during proposal and concept development, coordinating design and material specifications.
• Manage procurement, tendering and contract negotiations with multinational contractors.
• Oversee project management consultants, site supervision and project administration, reporting progress to senior management.
• Direct multidisciplinary engineering teams through all project phases from initiation to commissioning and start‑up.
• Ensure compliance with codes, standards, HSE requirements and company procedures throughout execution.
• Lead or participate in cross‑functional committees, providing expertise and guiding discussions.
• Develop and approve work programmes, terms of reference, project standards and procedures.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing large engineering or industrial projects from inception to completion.
• Strong background in coordinating design, procurement and construction activities.
• Ability to manage multinational contractors and multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of relevant engineering codes, standards and HSE regulations.
