Property Advisor – Dubai Real Estate

About the role

Tanami Properties is seeking a motivated Property Advisor to connect clients with off‑plan and secondary projects in Dubai’s fast‑growing market. You will guide investors and end‑users through purchases, provide market insights, and help achieve sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with investors, end‑users, and developer sales teams.
• Advise clients on project details, payment plans, ROI and market trends.
• Conduct property presentations, attend project launches and represent the company at real‑estate events.
• Generate and manage leads through marketing campaigns, referrals and networking.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience in Dubai’s real‑estate market (luxury segment preferred).
• Self‑motivated with ability to generate business independently.
• Strong investment mindset and market understanding.
• Professional, ambitious and performance‑driven.
• Fluent in English.
