Property Consultant – Commission Based – Abu Dhabi

About the role

Huspy is seeking a full‑time, on‑site Property Consultant to join its Abu Dhabi team. You will guide clients through buying, selling and renting residential properties, delivering clear advice and market insights while meeting sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify leads and conduct property viewings.
• Prepare and present property options, support negotiations and handle documentation.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and partners, update listings and stay informed on local market trends.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.

Required profile

• Proven experience in property brokerage or real estate consulting.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills to build trust and explain complex information.
• Strong sales abilities, including lead generation, negotiation and closing deals.
• Good understanding of the Abu Dhabi real‑estate market and regulations, or willingness to learn quickly.
• Organisational and time‑management skills to handle multiple clients and properties.

Required skills

• Proficiency with digital tools, CRM systems and AI‑powered platforms.
• Fluent English; additional UAE‑common languages are a plus.
• Valid UAE driving licence and ability to travel to property sites.
