Property Consultant – French Speaker (Dubai)

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Property Consultant to join our advisory‑focused brokerage in Dubai. You will work directly with investors and end‑users, helping them select projects, understand developer launches and build long‑term investment strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on off‑plan and secondary residential projects across Dubai.
• Manage client relationships from first contact through unit selection, negotiation and post‑sale follow‑up.
• Present developer launches, payment plans and investment rationales clearly and accurately.
• Coordinate with internal teams on documentation, expressions of interest and transaction progression.
• Ensure full compliance with RERA regulations and brokerage standards.
• Build and manage a personal pipeline through referrals and qualified inbound leads.

Required profile

• Fluency in French and English (spoken and written).
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Dubai real estate, preferably off‑plan.
• Strong understanding of developer projects, pricing structures and payment plans.
• Professional communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Self‑driven, disciplined and process‑oriented mindset.
• Valid UAE driving licence; UAE real‑estate experience preferred (Broker Card a plus).
