Property Consultant – French Speaking Leasing Agent

About the role

Oia Properties is seeking a French‑speaking Property Consultant to join its leasing team in the UAE. You will act as the primary point of contact for prospective tenants, guiding them through the rental process and ensuring a smooth, professional experience.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct detailed consultations to understand tenant needs, preferences, and budget.
• Promote and market available rental properties across relevant channels.
• Arrange and lead property viewings, providing accurate information on units, amenities, and community features.
• Negotiate lease terms and rental rates in line with company guidelines and market conditions.
• Stay up‑to‑date with rental market trends, competitor pricing, and local regulations.
• Build and maintain strong tenant relationships, addressing inquiries and service requests promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, leasing activity, and contracts using CRM and property‑management systems.
• Collaborate with property‑management, maintenance, and marketing teams to ensure properties are presentation‑ready.
• Deliver excellent customer service to enhance tenant satisfaction and retention.
• Adhere to Health, Safety, and Environment regulations and company policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing or a related field (preferred).
• 1–2 years of experience in leasing, real estate sales, or customer service.
• Basic knowledge of leasing procedures, rental laws, and tenant relations.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems or property‑management software (advantageous).
